BMW M linija automobila će uskoro postati bogatija za dva nova člana, modele X3 M i X4 M. Bavarski proizvođač je na društvenim mrežama pustio novi tizer video, u čijem opisu stoji da će ova dva modela uskoro biti i zvanično predstavljena.
To znači da premijeru možemo očekivati već na Sajmu automobila u Ženevi, početkom sledećeg meseca.
Na video snimku se vidi vožnja ova dva modela po asfaltu i šljunku. Kamuflažna folija je i dalje tu, ali već znamo da će oba modela imati nešto agresiviniji dizajn od standardnih.
Modeli X3 M i X4 M će imati isti agregat, a najverovatnije je reč o twin-turbo rednom šestocilindarskom motoru radne zapremine tri litara. On razvija preko 444 konjskih snaga (331 kW). Najverovatnije će biti povezan sa osmostepenom automatskom transmisijom i M xDrive sistemom upravljanja svim točkovima. Takav sistem smo već videli na novom BMW M5 modelu.
Još uvek nema nikakvih inforomacija o performansama, ali oba modela će biti brža od verzije M40i. Tom modelu je za ubrzanje iz mesta do 100 km/h potrebno nešto manje od 5 sekundi. Očekuje se da će ovi modeli to ubrzanje postizati za 4 sekundi ili manje.
Poređenja radi, Mercedes-AMG GLC po zvaničnim podacima iz mesta do 100 km/h ubrzava za 3,8 sekundi u S varijanti. Taj model ispod haube krije četvorocilindarski twin-turbo V8 agregat koji razvija 503 konjske snage (375 kW).
